Hi, my name is Sharon Bradley, I’m a passionate quilter, mother of 3 teenagers, quilting shop owner and inventor of Fusamat.
I live in a small, rural town in beautiful New Zealand called Waitomo, world famous for its unique glow worms.
My quilting takes inspiration from the natural beauty around where I live, I love to photo flora and fauna then file those images into my quilting stash of ideas to use on textiles.
I run popular quilting workshops and classes from my store and studio and am passionate about sharing my skills and watching my students grow in confidence and ability under my guidance.
I have tutored at the – 2010 New Zealand Long Arm Quilters Conference and the Fabric Art Festival in 2013.
My quilt “Radio Waves” was accepted to hang at Taupo Symposium 2013 and I was a finalist in the 2011 Hoffman Challenge.
I love to experiment and be inventive with my quilting and that’s how I developed the concept of Fusamat for Applique.
Please connect with me on or and say Hi.
